Fruit Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 3 t diced papaya
  • 25 gr pine nuts
  • 3 kiwis sliced
  • 2 bananas in slices
  • 3 tablespoons passion fruit pulp
  • 1 1/2 t diced pineapple
  • 225 gr plain yogurt
  • 34 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 t almonds in pieces
  • 1/2 t raisins
  • 1/4 t shredded coconut

Let’s Cook

1. Mix all the fruits and place them in a bowl.

2. In another bowl place yogurt, honey, pulp, raisins.

3. Carefully stir the 2 previous mixtures.

4. When it is time to serve, sprinkle the salad with the nuts or seeds for each guest.
