Ingredients for 4:
- 1 unit of medium onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- ¾ cup of Milk (180 milliliters)
- ¼ cup creamy soft cheese
- 1¼ cups Chicken broth
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- ¾ cup of Cream of milk (150 milliliters)
- 100 grams of cooked chicken
Preparation:
1. Fry the onion over low heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, mix with the cheese, stirring it, little by little add the broth and milk and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
2. Add the corn, salt and pepper to taste and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Add cream and, stirring gently, heat.
4. Pour into individual plates, sprinkle each serving with the preheated chopped ham or chicken.
