Melon cream with ham

Ingredients for 2:

1 unit of Melon
3 slices of ham
3 tablespoons of cooking cream
1 pinch of Pepper
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of Oil

Preparation:

1. Cut half a melon and cut it into small pieces to pass it through the blender.

2. Add salt, pepper and three tablespoons of cooking cream. We beat everything until it’s uniform. Set aside and put in the fridge so that it is very cool.

3. Just before serving the cream, cut the slices of ham into strips and fry them in the pan.

4. When the cream is very cold, add the crispy ham strips and serve.
