Pumpkin cream with nata

Ingredients for 4:

  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 1 potato
  • 100 milliliters of nata or milk cream
  • 1 pinch of ginger (optional)
  • 1 salt pizza

Preparation:

1. Peel and cut the pumpkin and the potato into small pieces.

2. We put a saucepan with a little water or vegetable broth, and add the pumpkin and the potato cut into pieces.

3. Let the vegetables cook until they are well cooked.

4. When the pumpkin and potato are cooked, we will crush well.

5. Put the casserole back on the heat with the homemade pumpkin cream, add the nata, a little salt and a little ginger powder.

6. We remove everything and let the pumpkin cream with cream cook for a few minutes, we taste salt and rectify.

7. Turn off the heat and serve the pumpkin cream with nata very warm.
