Pumpkin cream

Ingredients for 4:

  • 200 grams of pumpkin or ahuyama
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 3 units of medium potatoes
  • 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)
  • 1 unit of carrot
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 120 milliliters of milk cream
  • 80 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Preparation:

1. The first step to prepare the pumpkin cream recipe is to prepare all the ingredients of this recipe.

2. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into similar squares so that it cooks evenly. Take the squares to a pot with enough water to cook.

3. Add the potatoes cut into medium squares with a little salt to taste.

4. Once you see that the base to make the cream is boiling, add the carrot in medium squares and the white onion in helmets. Let the ingredients boil for approximately 15 minutes and remove from heat.

5. When you see that the vegetables are cold, process the pumpkin cream with a little liquid or broth from the preparation.

6. Bring back to medium heat, add the cup of milk, salt, pepper and a little garlic paste to taste so that we give it a special touch of flavor, also add the white wine.

Serve the homemade pumpkin cream by adding a little heavy cream on top and Parmesan cheese.
