Rice cream

Ingredients for 4:

  • 100 grams of cooked white rice
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 400 grams of Carrot
  • 2 cups of mineral water
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of Cream of milk or cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Bring a deep pot over medium heat with a little olive oil, add the carrot and onion in medium pieces. Sauté these ingredients for a few minutes.

2. Add the cup of white rice and the cups of water with a little salt to give a touch of flavor to the recipe.

3. Once the vegetables are soft, let cool and transfer to a blender or food processor. Process with milk or cream to give a creamy touch.

Serve the recipe by warming it up a bit after processing it.
