Ingredients
- 2 spinach rolls, leaves only
- 1 red onion cut into julienne strips
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup almond halves
- 7 cherry tomatoes

- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- with 4 tablespoons of oil
- sugar
to taste salt and pepper
Let’s Cook
1. In a bowl place the spinach leaves, onion and tomatoes.
2. Separately, brown the almonds a little in the butter and when they cool, add them to the previous mixture. Stir.
3. Add the orange segments without seeds and fiber. Mix again. Coat with the ingredients previously mixed together.
