Ingredients
- 250 gr ripe mango in «palitos» (sticks)
- 250 gr whole wheat spaghetti
- 50 gr onion cut into julienne strips
- grated ginger to taste,
- 1 cup of steamed broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy or Chinese sauce
- 1 red and 1 yellow sweet chili cut in julienne strips
Let’s Cook
1. Cook the spaghetti for 5 or 6 minutes in salted water, aside.
2. In a little oil add the mango, chili, onion, soy, sauté a little, add the broccoli and spaghetti. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
